Our Golf Season is Almost Over

The 2018 golf season has flown by, and now we are enjoying a glorious fall season. Even with the bit of rain and warm temperatures I experienced one day on the course, I couldn't help feeling very lucky to be enjoying our beautiful golf course.

Please Welcome Our New Member

Mist Carter was born and raised in Carson City and is a graduate of UNR. She got a little crazy and moved to California in 1979, but finally decided to return to her roots, moving to Wingfield to be closer to family and Red Hawk. Besides having a great golf game, Mist has a passion for teaching bible studies. She was very active in her last church and is currently checking out churches in the area. Be sure to give her a big welcome when you see her at the club!

SLATE OF NEW OFFICERS

Announcement about our slate of officers for 2019 was distributed on Sept. 27 to comply with our bylaws. This allows the membership 30 days to review prior to the Fall General Membership Meeting where a vote will be taken. Thank you to Kristi Olson, Betty Jasper, Kendall Lujan, and Pam Kolko for finding four incredible, amazing women, who have agreed to lead our club next year.

It Is With Great Saddness We Say Goodbye to Caryl

Caryl Sandall is sadly gone due to a heart attack. We will all remember her smiling, gentle manner. The photo to the left was taken July 2014 when she made her first hole-in-one on the Lakes #12. We'll miss you Caryl.

HSTP

To date we are 2 points shy of 2nd place. Our next event is for Oct. 5 at Dayton. Go Red Hawk ladies!
